Managed to make it work.

Switching between Mac and Windows Operating System:- You can go back and forth between macOS and Windows on your Mac, but you can’t run both OS simultaneously under Boot Camp. Instead, you have to boot one operating system or the other — thus, the name Boot Camp. Restart your Mac, and hold down the Option key until icons for each operating.

1. Install instructions. Windows Unzip and run Mac Os I don’t know how Mac install works. Linux Unzip and run. You might have to change the executable permissions to yes in the properties of the executable file like you do when running app images on linux, But when I run it I didn’t had to so I guess I don’t.
2. Relaunch the ITCH software. The driver may not have installed properly (this is very rare). Try running the installer disc again to repair the drivers. Make sure you restart your computer after the reinstallation. If YES, move on. Does the Numark NS6 USB Audio Panel state that it's connected? Reinstall using ITCH Disc (as above).
3. Versions in English and Spanish are available for Windows and Linux. There's no version for Mac OS because I haven't tested the game in one yet because I don't have one. I'll try to get access to one and have that version in the following weeks. (Sorry apple people) 🍏. Please consider donating!

Right click on the .app file (aka the game), click on 'Show Package Content', it will open a Finder window, browse to Content -> MacOS.

Open the terminal and type 'cd ' (include the ' '), then drag & drop the file inside the Finder windows (it will be a file with a white icon called Karlson).

At this point you will see a kind of long command, erase the word 'Karlson' from the end of the command. (All of this is done to navigate to the same directory that Finder is in, but using the terminal.

Now type 'chmod +x Karlson'

In case you see an error like 'permission denied' try to use 'sudo chmod +x Karlson', in this case you will be asked to enter the admin password.

Now type ./Karlson and the game should start!

If it doesen't because of the Apple security thing, open 'System Preferences', click 'Security & Privacy', make sure to be in the 'General' tab. At the bottom of the window you will see a button saying something like 'Open Anyway', and red somewhere the name Karlson and the reason why it has been blocked (aka being downloaded from the Internet).
